To get started with finding the right talent for your project, we kindly request you to share all the necessary details with us. This includes the required skills, job roles, responsibilities, level of experience, and your budget.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could also provide us with some behavioral information to ensure that we find candidates who fit well with your organizational culture. The more information you share, the better we can assist you in finding the most suitable candidates for your project.

Review & Shortlist the Candidates

After receiving your project requirements, we will review and provide you with a list of the most suitable candidates within a few days. You can then review these shortlisted profiles and let us know your preferred time slots for interviews. It's worth noting that some roles or skills may take longer to find, and in these cases, we will take extra time to search for the best matches for your project.

There are three possible scenarios when we receive a hiring request. Firstly, we may have someone in our database who can immediately apply for the role. Secondly, we may have someone in our database who needs screening before we can share their profile with you. Finally, if we don't have someone with the required skills for the project, we will look for the right candidate in the market and share their profile with you.

If you have a test that you would like a candidate to complete as part of the interview process, you can share it with us, and we will ask the candidate to complete it before proceeding further.

Interview & Hire

Evaluate the candidate profiles that we present to you until you are pleased with them. Provide us with your comments. Our candidates are already screened for language proficiency, technical abilities, and other assessments. This mitigates the risk of hiring the wrong person. Even non-technical managers can hire technical profiles with ease.

No-Compulsion Interview: You are not required to hire a candidate until you are fully confident that the candidate is the ideal match for your requirements.


onboard and manage

Onboard & Manage

This section explains the process of onboarding and managing the selected professional for your project. The company will handle all legal matters and provide a talent success coach to ensure a good working relationship between the client and candidate.

Additionally, if you are not satisfied with the candidate's performance, there is a 30-day replacement policy in place. If things don't work out as planned, you can cancel the agreement with a 30-day notice period.
